Dillon has been begging for a dog. We thought that if he saw all the Bad things Marley did, then he would clearly understand what "NO" means. 
The movie hit home on so many more levels than I expected. They overcome obstacles like picking up the garbage that the dog rummaged threw. Besides poop scooping dog turds off of the grass, they become parent's and survive sleep deprivation. Regardless of the aggravation and work, people keep getting puppy's and having babies. We Loved Marley & Me.
