Adventuring threw Colorado's back country with Uncle John & Aunt Deanna. Uncle John went on ahead to make sure that the paths were safe and warned us about what to expect ahead. This ride had some narrow spots and the sides had steep drop offs. We took our time and passed a number of mine entrances along the way. My favorite part of the trip was when we decided to explore one of the off trails that lead us threw an array of old abandon cabins from the 1800's.Jul 1, 2009

Tin Cup is steeped in rich Western Mining History. From there we rode threw Crested Butte to Cumberland Pass. We passed a bunch of old cabin homesteads along the way. There were a number of steep access path entrances that headed off into various Silver mines on this mountain.
