While visiting the Big Tex, we stoped for some State famous Fletcher's Corney Dogs. 
Fletcher's has been at the State Fair since the mid 1930's. I'm not a big fan of corn-meal fried onto a hot dog but far be it for me to turn away from a good O'L Texan tradition. There was a sign on Fletcher's that read 'Fried Cookie dough'. I resisted the temptation and am now regret not trying it.
