Word has it in the deep South that black-eyed peas symbolize a New Year filled with Good Luck & Great Prosperity. When Mike told me he would be talking about Time Management at this years Regional meeting; I envisioned him standing in front of a clock backdrop then later sending the guys away Inspired with clock plates & black-eyed peas.
