ia Region, so I was trying to act like everything was cool (I got this). Thats when Kim could see right threw my pain pill indused cover up and took the baby so I could rest. I slept and slept and slept and slept so peacefully. Kim offered to come over and get the monkeys ready for bed. As soon as the words, 'no thank you' sliped out I was internally kicking myself. By dinner time I realized that there was no milk and my mommy radar, sonar hearing, was buzzing off the charts. Just as I felt like the pain pills were turning on me, that's when the phone rang. It was Mary! Mary is my friend who I trust to tell all my mommy woe stories to. She brought us milk, filled the dish washer, started a load of laundry, gave the kids baths then put them to bed. Kim and Mary, "Thank you" seems so under rated.
